CUSTOMER/USER means any individual or legal entity that creates a Gobuyevent account or purchases an event, ticket, reservation, membership, season product, digital access or another eligible service through Gobuyevent.

2. Definitions and Gobuyevent's Role

ORGANIZER means the individual or legal entity that creates the event and determines its content, commercial terms, prices, admission rules and performance obligations. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the transaction screen, Gobuyevent is not the actual organizer or producer of the event.

GOBUYEVENT is a platform and intermediation infrastructure that may enable Organizers to publish and promote events, sell tickets or reservations, manage supported payment and collection workflows, operate physical sales points and validate tickets at event entrances.

A commercial platform relationship may exist between Gobuyevent and an Organizer. That relationship does not, by itself, create a partnership, employment relationship, franchise, general agency or authority for Gobuyevent to perform the event on behalf of the Organizer.

3. Seller / Service Provider, Collecting Party and Payment Processor

For each transaction, the legal seller/service provider of the event, the party receiving the funds and the payment processor should be identified separately on the order or payment screen where technically applicable. These roles may be held by the same party or by different parties.

If an Organizer uses its own licensed bank, card processor or payment service provider (PSP), the card transaction may be processed within that provider's infrastructure and funds may be settled directly to the Organizer's merchant/payment account. Such technical integration does not make Gobuyevent a bank, card acquirer, payment institution or custodian of customer funds.

The merchant descriptor appearing on a card statement may identify the Organizer, the applicable Gobuyevent company or another authorized collecting party, depending on the payment flow disclosed at checkout.

4. Payment Card Data

Gobuyevent does not store full payment card details. Card numbers and card-security data are handled by the licensed bank, processor or payment service provider used for the transaction. Gobuyevent may receive and process limited tokenized or transaction metadata, such as a payment token, transaction reference, card brand or masked card information, only as needed to operate the service, support the transaction, prevent fraud and maintain records.

5. Account Creation and User Information

The User represents that registration and purchase information is accurate, current and belongs to the User or is provided with proper authority. The User is responsible for safeguarding passwords, verification codes and account-access credentials.

If the User becomes aware of unauthorized account or payment-instrument use, the User should notify Gobuyevent without undue delay. Additional information may be requested for security, fraud prevention, identity verification, payment-provider or compliance purposes.

6. Pre-Purchase Information and Formation of the Transaction

Before confirming an order, the User is given an opportunity to review the material characteristics of the event, Organizer/seller identity, date, time and venue, ticket/service price, applicable taxes, service/transaction fees, other disclosed charges, delivery/access method, payment method, transfer and refund rules, and event-specific conditions.

The payment-confirmation step should make clear that the order creates a payment obligation. When the User confirms the order and the payment is authorized, an electronic transaction is formed. Event-specific terms, the Pre-Contract Information / Order Summary, Organizer rules and venue admission rules form part of the applicable transaction terms.

7. Tickets, Reservations, Digital Delivery and Transfer

Unless otherwise stated, tickets and reservation documents are provided digitally and may be made available through the User account, email, SMS, mobile link or similar electronic channel.

If a reservation is time-limited, the final payment or confirmation deadline is shown before completion. A reservation may expire automatically if the required confirmation or payment is not completed within the stated period.

The User is responsible for keeping the ticket, QR/barcode, access link and account credentials secure. Tickets may not be used for unauthorized commercial resale, promotions, sweepstakes or bulk distribution unless expressly permitted.

The Customer may transfer a valid ticket to another person through the transfer process supported by Gobuyevent or the Organizer. The transferee must satisfy any identity, age, membership, venue, security or other event-specific admission requirements. A transfer does not create a right to a refund and does not convert the ticket into a commercial resale right.

8. Payments, Fees and Invoicing

The ticket/service price is determined by the Organizer together with any applicable service or transaction fees shown before confirmation. The total amount payable is displayed before the User completes the order.

Payments may be processed through a bank, card network or licensed payment service provider integrated by Gobuyevent or by the Organizer. The payment provider's own security, processing and privacy terms may also apply.

The party shown as seller/service provider on the transaction screen is responsible for issuing any invoice, receipt or equivalent tax document required for the event service. Gobuyevent may separately invoice the relevant party for its own commission or platform service.

9. Flexible / Deferred Payments and Automatic Collection

For eligible long-duration events, courses, training programs, camps, workshops or similar products, the Organizer may offer a flexible or deferred payment plan. The Organizer determines the total price, down payment, installment amounts, payment dates, number of payments and other commercial terms and must disclose them before the User confirms the plan.

The flexible/deferred payment arrangement is between the Customer and the Organizer. Gobuyevent is not a party to the credit or deferred-payment arrangement, is not a lender, is not a credit institution and is not a financial institution. Gobuyevent does not underwrite, finance, guarantee or assume the Customer's payment obligation. All commercial, non-payment, default, collection, regulatory and credit risks arising from the Organizer's installment/deferred sale are the responsibility of the Organizer.

Gobuyevent may provide the technical workflow and payment/collection integration. Future charges to a saved payment method may be initiated only within a valid authorization provided for that plan and for the amounts/dates disclosed or otherwise approved by the User.

If a scheduled payment fails, retries, alternative payment requests, access suspension, plan termination and any effect on the outstanding balance are governed by the Organizer's disclosed plan terms and applicable non-waivable law. Gobuyevent does not independently create interest, penalties, default fees or new financing terms on behalf of the Organizer.

10. Memberships, Season Products and Recurring Services

For memberships, season tickets and recurring services, the product page should disclose the start and end date, scope of validity, renewal method, any automatic renewal, payment frequency, cancellation/suspension conditions and material usage restrictions.

Automatic renewal or recurring collection may occur only within the User's valid authorization. Product-specific terms apply together with any non-waivable rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Online Events, Webinars and Digital Content

For online events, webinars, classes, video or other digital content, the access period, viewing period, device/connectivity requirements and permitted use are stated on the product page.

Access links and account rights are personal. Unless permitted, they may not be shared, rebroadcast, recorded, copied or commercially distributed. Any legally required rights relating to digital content are disclosed before purchase where applicable.

12. Cancellation, Refunds and Ticket Transfers

Unless the event is cancelled, ticket purchases are non-refundable. A Customer who cannot attend may transfer the ticket to another person as described in Section 7. Postponement, date/time changes, venue changes, lineup changes, inability to attend, late arrival, failure to meet admission requirements or breach of event rules do not, by themselves, create a refund right, except where a non-waivable rule requires otherwise.

If the event is cancelled, the applicable refund process is carried out according to the payment flow, the Organizer's instructions and any non-waivable legal requirements. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where technically possible. Bank or payment-provider posting times are outside Gobuyevent's direct control.

Any service or processing fee treatment for a cancelled event is determined by the disclosed transaction terms, the nature of the fee and any non-waivable legal requirement.

13. Venue, Admission and Security Rules

Admission, identity checks, age limits, re-entry, camera/phone use, outside food or beverages, animals, security searches, seating and similar rules may be set by the Organizer or venue and may be announced on the event page or before purchase.

A person who breaches event rules may be refused entry or removed, subject to applicable law. Refusal or removal for the Customer's own breach does not create a refund right except where a non-waivable rule requires otherwise.

14. Personal Belongings and Incidental Costs

The User is responsible for personal belongings at the venue, except to the extent the Organizer, venue or Gobuyevent is legally responsible for a loss.

Travel, accommodation, parking, fuel, visa and similar incidental costs are not part of the ticket price and are not reimbursable by Gobuyevent unless an express separate commitment or non-waivable rule requires otherwise.

15. Event Changes and Notifications

When Gobuyevent receives notice of an event cancellation, postponement, time/venue change or material program update, Gobuyevent may use registered communication channels to make reasonable efforts to notify affected Users. Users are responsible for keeping contact details current and checking email, SMS, app and account notifications.

16. Personal Data and Privacy

Personal data may be processed for account creation, order processing, ticket/reservation delivery, customer support, payment and security operations, fraud prevention, compliance and communications consistent with the User's preferences and applicable requirements.

Where reasonably necessary for service delivery, support, fraud prevention, security, accounting, compliance, analytics or group operations, Gobuyevent may share information with companies within the Gobuyevent group, including GPM Invest & Trade Inc. and BBPAF LTD, subject to applicable data-protection requirements and appropriate safeguards. Data may also be shared with the relevant Organizer, venue, payment provider or technical service provider where necessary for the transaction or event.

Further details are provided in the current Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

17. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Uses

Rights in the Gobuyevent brand, software, design, text, databases and original platform content belong to the relevant rights holders. Without authorization, Users may not engage in commercial copying, automated scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized resale, security circumvention or activities designed to disrupt the platform.

Transactions involving bots, automated purchasing tools, false accounts, deceptive payments, unfair ticket acquisition or suspected fraud may be reviewed, suspended or cancelled where appropriate.

18. Allocation of Responsibilities

Gobuyevent is responsible for performing the platform, ticketing and intermediation services under its control with reasonable care. The Organizer is responsible for actually producing and performing the event, event content, artist/speaker participation, operational quality, venue obligations and promises made to customers.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

19. Electronic Communications and Records

Transaction and service notifications may be sent by registered email, SMS, app notification or account message. Marketing communications are subject to the applicable consent and opt-out rules.

Order, payment, timestamp, admission-validation and system records may be used as evidence of transactions to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to the Customer or the transaction remain unaffected. The governing law, forum or dispute-resolution mechanism applicable to a particular transaction may depend on the contracting Gobuyevent entity, the Organizer, the Customer's location and the transaction structure, and may be stated in the transaction-specific terms or checkout information.

The parties are encouraged to first seek an amicable resolution through written notice and customer support before using any available formal dispute-resolution channel.

21. Effect, Priority and Updates

This Agreement becomes effective when accepted electronically by the User. Transaction-specific Pre-Contract Information, event conditions and payment-plan terms are more specific and take priority over general language to the extent of a direct conflict, subject to non-waivable law.

Gobuyevent may update general terms when services, operations or legal requirements change. The terms presented for a completed purchase continue to govern that purchase unless a legally required change applies. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
