Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern general use of the Gobuyevent website, mobile interfaces, accounts, event discovery features, Organizer panel and related digital services. Purchases are also subject to the Customer/User Agreement and transaction-specific Pre-Contract Information / Order Summary.

2. Accounts and User Information

Users and Organizers must keep account information accurate and current and must not share passwords or verification tools with unauthorized persons. Additional verification may be requested for security or compliance purposes.

3. Permitted Use

The Site may be used for event discovery, information, ticket/reservation purchases, event publishing and other legitimate functions offered by Gobuyevent. Users must comply with these Terms and applicable law.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Using unauthorized bots, scrapers, spiders or automated purchasing tools;
• Overloading the Site, bypassing security controls, sending malicious code or disrupting services;
• Using false accounts, fraudulent payments or misleading identities;
• Offering tickets for unauthorized commercial resale or copying platform data in bulk for commercial use;
• Uploading content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other third-party rights.

5. Content, Intellectual Property and User Uploads

Rights in the Gobuyevent brand, software, interfaces, databases and original content belong to the relevant rights holders. Use of the Site does not transfer ownership of those rights.

The person uploading Organizer or User content is responsible for its legality and third-party rights. Gobuyevent may host, display and technically process such content to the extent necessary to provide the services.

6. Events and Third-Party Content

Event descriptions and Organizer content may originate from third parties. Gobuyevent may apply reasonable platform review and intervention mechanisms but does not assume responsibility for the Organizer's actual event performance.

The Site may link to third-party websites, payment providers or services. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Service Changes and Availability

Gobuyevent may change, update or temporarily suspend parts of the service for security, maintenance, compliance, product-development or operational reasons. Reasonable transition measures may be used to protect active transactions and existing customer rights.

8. Security and Abuse Prevention

Where there is suspected fraud, security breach, rights infringement or non-compliance, Gobuyevent may review an account or transaction, apply temporary restrictions and cooperate with relevant service providers or authorities where appropriate.

9. Personal Data, Group Companies, Cookies and Communications

Personal-data practices are described in the Privacy Policy and cookie/online technologies in the Cookie Policy. Gobuyevent may share information among its group companies where reasonably necessary for service delivery, support, security, fraud prevention, accounting, compliance, analytics and group operations, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

Marketing preferences are subject to the applicable consent and opt-out mechanisms.

10. Payment Card Information

Gobuyevent does not store full payment card details. Card data is processed by the licensed bank, card processor or payment service provider used for the transaction. Gobuyevent may process limited tokenized or transaction metadata required for platform operations, security and support.

11. Liability

Gobuyevent uses reasonable care for platform services under its control. The Organizer, venue, payment institution, internet/telecom provider or other third party remains responsible for its own service. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited is not affected.

12. Suspension and Account Closure

If a User violates these Terms, related agreements or applicable law, Gobuyevent may restrict access or close the account where necessary and proportionate. Active purchases and non-waivable User rights will be preserved to the extent reasonably possible.

13. Applicable Law, Changes and Contact

Any mandatory rules applicable to a particular User, Organizer or transaction remain unaffected. The governing law or dispute mechanism may be specified in transaction-specific or commercial terms based on the contracting entity and transaction structure.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is published on the Site.
