a.      The service subject to your order and contract is the event ticket sales service. As an authorized ticket sales agency, Gobuyevent mediates the sale and distribution of event tickets for Event Organizers. Our company does not act on behalf of or on behalf of event organizers, nor does it have any dealings with the organizers, under any name, including any dealership, distributorship, representation, sub-dealership etc. There is no legal/commercial relationship between them. Event ticket sales are within the scope of contracts regarding the use of free time for entertainment or relaxation purposes, which must be made on a certain date .​ Gobuyevent has no rights, authority or responsibility regarding the content of the events.​ The event organizer decides the content of the event you are considering purchasing and all the rules regarding the event.​​​​​​ We reiterate that Gobuyevent undertakes a limited duty only within the scope of intermediation in the sales and distribution of event tickets.​​

Gobuyevent receives a service fee per ticket, but does not have the right or authority to determine event content, ticket prices or seating areas. Your ticket purchase process; (i) the special terms and conditions announced and announced to be applied for the event, (ii) the terms and conditions determined by the event organizer (s). Gobuyevent will not have any liability and Gobuyevent will not have any payment obligation, including the ticket price.​​​​​​ We would like you to know that before confirming the order and establishing the sales contract, we will provide you with all the details and information about the event and service you are considering purchasing. e.      In accordance with paragraph (g) of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, titled "exceptions of the right of withdrawal", on a certain date or period.
