As Gobuyevent, our aim is to enable you to purchase the ticket of the event you are considering attending in the shortest time and in the easiest way. We would like to point out that sales made on the website are subject to distance selling regulations and the contractual terms between the Parties are determined within the rules of the distance selling contract. Since our company shares with you the terms of the sales contract and the preliminary information text in accordance with the provisions of the legislation, before the contract is established we recommend that you read the “Sales Agreement” before confirming your business and purchasing your ticket. Our Sales Policy and Agreement also form a part of our “Terms of Use”. Otherwise, even if you have purchased a ticket, you may not be allowed into the event venue and /or event, or you may be expelled from the event venue. Our company will not have any liability, and our company will not have any payment obligation, including the ticket price. TERMS AND CONDITIONS / CONTRACTUAL PROVISIONS REGARDING THE PURCHASE / SALE OF EVENT TICKETS:
1. Gobuyevent, as an authorized ticket sales agent, is responsible for the "organizer, event venue, club or theaters" organizing the event for which you purchased the ticket (hereinafter referred to as "Event Organizer") acts as an intermediary in the sale and distribution of event tickets and receives a service fee per ticket, however, it does not include event content, ticket prices, It does not have the right or authority to determine the name or place of residence. Gobuyevent has no rights or authority and therefore no responsibility regarding the scope of the events and / or the content of the events. Our company does not act on behalf of or on behalf of event organizers, nor does it have any dealings with the organizers, under any name, including any dealership, distributorship, representation, sub-dealership etc. There is no legal/commercial relationship between them. The person purchasing the ticket declares that he / she has purchased the ticket exclusively for his / her personal use, without any commercial purpose. He declares and undertakes that he will not use the ticket for any commercial business or other activity, unless expressly given written permission by the product or its representatives. To give an example, the purchased ticket cannot be sold to third parties in any way, nor can the ticket be offered for sale at an additional fee or in any other way; The purchased tickets are not used for promotional or other commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, contests and sweepstakes, or for illegal purposes. It cannot be used in this way.
2. Gobuyevent has no knowledge, contribution or involvement in the events and their content. The Event Organizer determines the maximum number of tickets and prices per person for events. The number of tickets that can be purchased is stated in the Please Note section of the event page and at the first stage of purchase. The purpose of this practice is to prevent unfair ticket purchases. Ticket purchases may be limited per person and / or per credit card in some events, and per household in others. If we find that this rule has been violated in any way, whether the ticket purchase is made using more than one card or by the use of cards by members of the same household, Gobuyevent stated quantity limit reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the tickets purchased on it without prior notice. Purchasing tickets using automatic vehicles is strictly prohibited.
3. Tickets are generally sold through various distribution points such as the internet, call center and retail sales points. Since all sales channels access the same ticketing pool, tickets for popular events can sell out quickly. In some cases, additional ticket sales may be made available by the Event Organizer's decision before the event, but we do not have any control over this capacity or ticket availability, and we cannot give any guarantees in this context. We indicate. Additionally, in some events, event organizers may update the ticket prices later, increase or decrease the ticket price, organize additional campaigns, or turn the event into a free event. We reiterate that Gobuyevent has no responsibility in such cases, and event prices are determined by the event organizer.
4. If you choose the "courier" option as the delivery method for your purchased tickets, you must ensure that the address and the information of the person who will receive the delivery are correct in order to avoid any problems with the delivery. Make sure that the courier fee is paid by credit card, provided that you are informed under the "courier / cargo fee" statement during the preliminary information phase and during the purchasing process. It will be collected from your account, so do not make any payment to the courier/cargo. If you provide an address outside the delivery areas, delivery cannot be made. A Mail Order Request Form or Delivery Form can be signed during delivery.
5. You are responsible for checking and preserving your tickets. In case an event is canceled or its date is changed, we will notify ticket holders of such cancellation or change, provided that we obtain the necessary authorization from the Event Organizer. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the event is canceled or postponed. As an intermediary service provider, we will notify you in writing within three days from the date we learn of this situation, or we will inform you about the safe data storage. Therefore, in order to be informed about possible updates regarding the event ticket you have purchased, we make sure that the contact information you provide to us is current and accurate, and please make sure that your messages are not moved to the trash (SPAM).
7. All ticket sales are final, except for cancellation and/or postponement of the event. In accordance with paragraph ( g ) of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation , titled "Exceptions of the right of withdrawal" , on a certain date or period. The contract regarding the evaluation of free time spent for the purposes of accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply and entertainment or relaxation. Refund amounts are written on the purchased ticket. It is limited to a refund of the fee and it is not possible to request any other fee. However, in case of cancellation or postponement of the event, the Event Organizer has the right to impose some limitations on refund terms and to make changes to the program. It also has. It is your responsibility to comply with the refund request deadlines and other instructions determined by the organizer regarding refunds and to read / check the information we send to the contact information you provided to us. No refunds of tickets and/or fees can be made outside the refund dates determined by the organizer. In this context, Gobuyevent assumes no responsibility. 8. Tickets and / or ticket purchase terms and conditions, in addition to the provisions of the Contract, are determined by the venue and the organizer of the event. And it is regulated in accordance with the announced rules. Breach of any of these Rules and Regulations or any unacceptable conduct that may cause damage, distress or injury /breach of regulatory provisions (for public safety reasons or the spread of Covid 19 Failure to comply with the measures taken to combat included) authorizes the venue or event organizer to evict you from the venue and you will not be entitled to a refund. 9. Entrance and exit to the event venue is made in accordance with the rules and regulations determined by the Event Organizer and the event venue. Generally, you go out after ticket control. If you leave, you cannot enter the event venue again. If you are late to the event, you may not be allowed in at all or you may be delayed at the event venue, depending on the rules and regulations set by the Event Organizer. You can, and these rules may vary depending on the organizer. Gobuyevent cannot give any guarantee regarding the admission of latecomers and is not responsible in any way. Likewise, if there are special rules and regulations for entering the event venue, determined by the Event Organizer and / or the event venue and announced to you in advance, it is necessary to comply with these rules. Please keep in mind that otherwise you may not be allowed into the venue and your ticket will not be refunded. Therefore, during each ticket sales process, purchase the event ticket by also looking at the Please note rules, if any, regarding the event. Please note, if you will not be able to meet the conditions in the section, do not confirm your order.
10. The use of cameras, mobile phones or recording equipment is subject to the rules and regulations set by the Event Organizer. For this reason, cameras or other recording equipment, laser pens and mobile phones may be prohibited from being brought into the event venue.
11. The Event Organizer may prohibit the entry of animals into the event area, except dogs that guide the disabled.
12. The Event Organizer may prohibit food and beverages brought by customers from outside into the venue. Gobuyevent is not responsible for the food and beverages sold at the event venue.
13. The event venue, Event Organizer and Gobuyevent do not assume any responsibility regarding the personal belongings of the customers. Therefore, please remember that you are responsible for all your belongings at the event venue.
14. The ticket holder has the right to only one place with the value written on the ticket, and the event venue or Event Organizer has the right to give the ticket holder a place different from the place stated on the ticket, keeps it secret. Only the Organizer is responsible for this situation and Gobuyevent is not responsible.
15. Gobuyevent does not bear any other burden regarding the tickets / ticket sales and/or events/event contents, other than the price written on the ticket and the relevant service fee. It is not under any ownership, commitment or responsibility. Therefore, apart from these amounts, Gobuyevent may not demand any other amount from Gobuyevent for any reason whatsoever, such as travel expenses, accommodation expenses, parking- gasoline - toll expenses, etc. under any name whatsoever. You accept and undertake in advance that you cannot request any . You acknowledge that Gobuyevent 's liability is limited to this article and that you will not accept Gobuyevent as responsible, under any name whatsoever, beyond the liability limit in this article . You are deemed to have accepted, declared and committed in advance.

Therefore, we would like you to know that the contractual provisions and general transaction conditions are easily provided and stored by you. Your access to the agreement will continue in direct proportion to the access to our Site.
20. The privacy rules regarding the use of our site and this agreement are detailed in the "Privacy Statement" section of the "Our Policies" section. It is stated in the figure. In this context, we would like to inform you that you should carefully read and review the provisions of the Privacy Statement and notify us if you have different requests. The Privacy Statement is an annex and an integral part of this Agreement and will be implemented and valid together with the Agreement. Therefore, by approving this Agreement and / or order, you will be deemed to have accepted the provisions of the Privacy Statement.
21. During the confirmation phase of the order and before entering the payment information, all terms of the contract, including the total price you will pay, are accepted by you. 23. All of these terms and conditions are subject to Turkish Law. Before purchasing your ticket, you have informed all consumers in advance about the terms and content of the contract and have fulfilled the obligation to provide preliminary information, and by purchasing the ticket and confirming the order, you will be deemed to have accepted that you have been given preliminary information about the regulations of this contract and the service you have purchased, and you will be deemed to have accepted the written evidence of this article. We also state that it is a means of proof. In case of any dispute arising from this Agreement and/or service or ticket purchases, our main goal is to first try to resolve the dispute amicably.
