This Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing in connection with the Gobuyevent website, accounts, ticketing, Organizer panel, payment integrations, customer support and related services. Depending on the country and service, the relevant Gobuyevent company may be GPM Invest & Trade Inc. or BBPAF LTD; the applicable role may be identified in the relevant transaction, notice or service flow.

2. Personal Data We May Process

• Identity and contact data: name, surname, email, telephone, address and account information;
• Order and event data: tickets/reservations purchased, event, seat/category, admission and transaction records;
• Payment and billing data: transaction amount, payment method, payment references and invoice/tax information;

• Organizer data: company, tax, banking, authorized-person, KYC/KYB and other required commercial-verification information;

3. Payment Card Information

Gobuyevent does not store full payment card details. Full card numbers and security codes are processed by the licensed bank, card processor or payment service provider used for the payment flow. Gobuyevent may receive and process only limited tokenized or transaction metadata, such as a payment token, transaction reference, card brand or masked card information, where necessary for transaction support, fraud prevention, records and platform operations.

4. Sources of Personal Data

Data may be collected directly from Users or Organizers, account and order activity, payment and security providers, event Organizers, customer support interactions and cookies or similar technologies. Third-party data is used only to the extent necessary for the relevant service and permitted by applicable requirements.

5. Purposes of Processing

• Create and manage accounts and identity/contact details;
• Process orders and provide tickets, reservations, memberships and digital access;
• Support payments, refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention and transaction security;
• Provide event updates, service notices and customer support;
• Perform Organizer/merchant verification and compliance processes;
• Meet legal, tax, accounting, security and dispute-management obligations;
• Carry out marketing, personalization or analytics based on the User's choices and any required permission;
• Improve product, security and service quality.

6. Sharing with Gobuyevent Group Companies

Gobuyevent may share personal data among companies within the Gobuyevent group, including GPM Invest & Trade Inc. and BBPAF LTD, where reasonably necessary for service delivery, customer and Organizer support, ticketing operations, fraud prevention, security, accounting, compliance, analytics, product operations, internal administration and other legitimate group functions.

Group-company access is limited to legitimate business need and is subject to applicable data-protection requirements, confidentiality obligations and appropriate contractual, technical or organizational safeguards, including safeguards for international transfers where required.

7. Organizers, Venues and Event Partners

Data necessary to perform the event, allocate seating, validate admission, provide required event notices or support customers may be shared with the relevant Organizer, venue or event partner. These recipients may have their own independent data-controller or processor responsibilities for data they receive.

8. Payment Providers and Other Service Providers

Data may be shared, as necessary, with payment processors and banks, cloud/hosting providers, security services, customer-support providers, email/SMS providers, analytics providers, fraud-prevention services and similar technical providers. Such providers may have their own legal duties and privacy terms.

Because Gobuyevent operates through companies and service providers in multiple countries, personal data may be transferred outside the User's country. Where required, appropriate contractual, technical or other safeguards are used for such transfers.

Personal data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the account or transaction, legal/tax retention, security, fraud prevention, support and dispute management. At the end of the relevant retention period, data is deleted, anonymized or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

Gobuyevent applies administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No online system can guarantee absolute security; Users should also take reasonable steps to protect their accounts and devices.

Age requirements may vary by event and location. Where processing of a child's data requires parental/guardian permission or other protections, the applicable process should be used.
