If a flexible/deferred payment plan is selected, the Organizer must separately display the total price, down payment, installment amounts, due dates, number of payments, automatic-collection authorization and consequences of failed payments.

The flexible/deferred payment arrangement is between the Customer and the Organizer. Gobuyevent is not a party to the credit/deferred-payment arrangement, is not a lender, is not a credit institution and is not a financial institution. All risks of the Organizer's installment/deferred sale are borne by the Organizer.

4. Card Processing and Card Data

Card payments are processed by the applicable licensed bank, card processor or payment service provider. Gobuyevent does not store full payment card details. Gobuyevent may receive limited tokenized or transaction metadata necessary to support the transaction and platform operations.

5. Delivery / Access

The ticket, reservation or digital access is delivered through [account / email / SMS / link]. Delivery or access time: [....]. If physical delivery applies, the method and cost must be separately disclosed.

6. Cancellation, Refund and Transfer Rule

Unless the event is cancelled, the ticket is non-refundable. If the Customer cannot attend, the Customer may transfer the ticket to another person through the supported transfer method, provided the transferee satisfies event-specific identity, age, membership, venue and security requirements. 7. Event Rules and Organizer Responsibility

The Organizer determines the event content, date/time, venue, program, admission conditions, age limits, capacity and event-specific rules. Gobuyevent provides platform, ticketing and intermediation infrastructure and, unless expressly stated otherwise, is not the actual event organizer.

8. Personal Data and Data Sharing

Data required to process the order, complete payment, deliver the ticket, operate admission control and send necessary event notices may be shared with the relevant Organizer, venue, payment provider and technical service providers. Gobuyevent may also share information with companies within the Gobuyevent group, including GPM Invest & Trade Inc. and BBPAF LTD, where reasonably necessary for service delivery, support, fraud prevention, security, accounting, compliance, analytics and group operations, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

9. Order Confirmation

Before payment confirmation, the User confirms that the above information and the applicable Customer/User Agreement were available for review, that confirming the order creates a payment obligation, and that the transfer, non-refund and event-specific conditions have been disclosed.
